Bloomberg CityTime Special Prosecutor

Ask United States Attorney General Eric Holder to appoint a federal special prosecutor to investigate the Bloomberg Administration and the City Council for the massive CityTime fraud.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg on Wednesday called for an almost complete $600 million refund of the fraudulent CityTime automated payroll system, reported Celeste Katz of The New York Daily News.

Mayor Bloomberg made his request for a refund in a letter addressed to Walter Havenstein, CEO of Science Applications International Corporation ; the letter has been released to the public.

2011 06 29 Michael Bloomberg Letter Saic Citytime 600M Refund

For months now, political commentator, artist, and blogger Suzannah B. Troy has also been calling for a complete refund of the taxpayer money wasted on CityTime.

The U.S. Congress also has some power to appoint a special prosecutor or special investigator, if Mr. Holder doesn't have the guts to investigate the Bloomberg-Quinn administration.

We need to take this investigation out of the hands of any city official, whose investigation budget depends on Mayor Bloomberg's or City Council Speaker Christine Quinn's oversight.

Mayor Bloomberg has previously attacked the budgets of the Manhattan District Attorney and of the Public Advocate.

For her part, Speaker Quinn still likes to use the city budget to dole out her politically-motivated special member items.

Mike Bloomberg Speaks Suzannah B. Troy’s Words SAIC Give Us 600 Mill back + Suzannah B. Troy wants even more!

http://youtu.be/ZE8gFFBSfPg Mike Bloomberg is speaking Suzannah B. Troy ’s words but I want even more money back because we threw away perfectly good pay roll systems which cost us even more tax payer money! When SAIC filed the 8K that massive red light and used the words that they were at material financial risk they knew what I was asking for and that was a full refund. Nice ex-king Mike is late to the game but finally asking for money back! Mike looked at my new blog and I included Rudy in the header because he gave us CityTime and SAIC which I dubbed the Tax Payers’s Titanic. http://bloombergrudynycgovsaiccitytime.blogspot.com/ new blog asking for full refund and payroll.

Photos by Kobi Suzannah B. Troy Rape Protest by Now Suzannah Focuses on Rape Cop Lawyers and Women Who Did Not Survive Rape: Imette St. Guillen

We pulled down my shirt over my big black belt that says New York and it says Violence Rape Murder from Babies to Grannies global crisis

Jennifer Moore under age and drinking, like Imette and the NYPD Rape Victim she walked out on her own sadly and unlike the NYPD rape victim she did not live to tell her story, to have a life, too grow old.

Sickening to have Tacopina representing Imette. Imette would object if she was alive but she died a horrific death nothing as awful as the NYPD Rape Victim including Joe Tacopina and Chad Seigel’s treatment of her.

http://www.youtube.com/user/Suzannahartist#p/a/u/1/wzBQWaGVp9U Listen to the gentleman to your left’s speech in my YouTube from today. I am very tired. Kobi sent me many photos and I would be up all night uploading and labeling them and I don’t have the strength. Kobi is a beautiful soul inside out.

Thanks for your beautiful hard work. There are so many other photos.

There is Tish James and I wish I had captured her speech. It was fantastic! I tell you briefly about it on my YouTube.

Laura Garza Today’s protest was about stopping the violence but they Women left us too soon and in the most horrific of ways I wanted to honor their memories

Yu Yao’s name is on my shirt many places and on both arms....unlike the other women she was not out drinking....she was just walking and was randomly grabbed by her hair and dragged in to an alley way, rape and murdered. She is the most recent victim of a violent rape and murder that I am aware of.

Marriage Equality Passes New York

Marriage equality passes in New York State. Let us take a moment to remember all those people, who did not make it to today, to see this historic day -- the day when 33 senators voted YES to hope and equality. The official vote count was 33 for, with 29 against.

Late Friday afternoon, the Republican Senate leader finally ended the frustrating delay of the vote.

“After many hours of deliberation and discussion over the past several weeks among the members, it has been decided that same-sex marriage legislation will be brought to the full Senate for an up or down vote,” the majority leader, Long Island Republican Dean G. Skelos said in a statement. “As I have said many times, this is a very difficult issue and it will be a vote of conscience for every member of the Senate.”

A special thanks to Louis Flores who organized this counter-protest last minute so we would have a voice and presence in the face of religious intolerance with protestors on the steps of City Hall as we stood inside City Hall Park.

Thanks to NYPD Det. Duffy, LGBT Liaison and the young NYPD officers that stood by us and respect our rights. One bummer was the media tried to come over directly through to us but the NYPD City Hall NYPD prevented them so we were pleased that the media took the extra time to come the long way around to interview and take footage.

More uploads coming soon....very, very tired!

Sen. Shirley Huntley Now Says She Supports Marriage Equality

On Monday, State Senator Shirley L. Huntley announced her support for marriage equality in New York State.

Sen. Shirley Huntley (D-Queens) made her announcement in support for marriage equality on the same day that three other state senators, who had each voted against legalizing same-sex marriage two years ago voted, also reversed course, The New York Times reported. The senators said that their constituents’ thinking had evolved on the this important stepping stone toward full LGBT civil rights had evolved.

The Times described the move as "significantly" improving the odds that New York state legislature will pass a law that legalises marriage equality, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. Citizens in New York state stand on the cusp of charting a new course for LGBT civil rights nationally, and the state itself is on the verge of becoming the largest state in the nation to allow gays and lesbians to wed.

Meanwhile, Sen. Huntley made her announcement less than two months after a daring civil disobedience protest against her and her legislative office by two LGBT civil rights activists, Iana Di Bona and Alan Bounville, who are members of Connecting Rainbows.
